Applying for CSE-PPT is a CSC process. Each Examination Announcement restates dates, fee, documents, and where to file. Use this as a map of what the last published announcement required — then read the current PDF before you queue.

Last published cycle (09 August 2026)

From CSC Examination Announcement No. 03, s. 2026:

  1. Read the announcement for your level, testing center, and application period (14 May 2026 – 10 June 2026 for that sitting; first-come, first-served).
  2. Use CS Form No. 100, Revised 2023 (Career Service Professional or Subprofessional). CSC says it is available at Regional/Field Offices or downloadable from csc.gov.ph, printed on legal-size bond paper.
  3. Photos: four identical Philippine Passport-size (4.5 cm × 3.5 cm) pictures meeting the announcement’s specs (white background, name tag, etc.).
  4. I.D.: original and photocopy of an accepted civil-service-exam I.D. (list on the exam-day / I.D. guide and in the announcement). Any card not on CSC’s list is not accepted.
  5. Examination fee: Five Hundred Pesos (PhP500.00) for that cycle. Pay as the office instructs; keep the official receipt.
  6. File through the mode your region used that cycle (S1 named CSC eServe, CSC OCSEAS, and a Caraga kiosk — do not assume your region still uses the same portal). Coordinate with the CSC RO/FO where you will take the test.

The next CSE-PPT after 09 August 2026 was not announced as of 16 August 2026. Do not reuse the May–June 2026 window.

What “done filing” does not mean

Filing means you are in that cycle’s examinee pipeline. It does not mean you are ready academically. Diagnose topics and sit timed mocks while you wait for school assignment through official CSC channels (ONSA or your Regional/Field Office).
