The rule we honor

7-day refund if you have not started a full mock on a paid pass. There is nothing to cancel.

  • 7 days, unused pass

    Request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not started a full mock on that paid pass. The free diagnostic, category practice, flashcards, and the daily challenge do not use up this window.

  • What “started a mock” means

    Starting a timed Professional or Subprofessional full mock on a paid pass closes the refund. When that exam-day timer starts, the window is used. Sitting the free diagnostic does not count.

  • How we process it

    Sign in with the Google account you used to buy, open Settings, and tap Request a refund on that purchase (within 7 days). Or email us from Contact. Refunds go back through PayMongo on the same rail you paid (GCash, Maya, QR Ph, or card). The pass is revoked when the refund is issued. Wallet timing follows your provider.

  • What we will not refund

    After the 7-day window, after a paid full mock has started, or after you delete the account. Gift codes have no cash payout — a refund belongs to the original purchase, not to a code you were given.

  • Nothing to cancel

    Starter is ₱99 for 30 days. Pro is ₱149 for 60 days. Premium is ₱299 for 150 days. Passes never auto-renew. Buy again and the new window stacks from your current expiry. See pricing.
