What to include
Your Google account email, the purchase id from Settings (if this is about a payment), and a short note about what happened. For refunds, use the “Request a refund” link on a paid purchase in Settings so the message is prefilled.
When we reply
Most messages get a reply within 1–2 business days. Refunds go back through PayMongo on the same rail you paid (GCash, Maya, QR Ph, or card). See the refund policy and FAQ.
