Our promise
CSC does not publish its bank, and our items are original study aids — not leaked papers. We cannot promise the same questions on exam day. What we promise is this: the app will help you prepare and sharpen the skills the exam tests, so you walk into exam day ready.

How we source exam facts
Facts about the exam, such as dates, fees, requirements, coverage, and the passing rating, come from Civil Service Commission documents. Facts about the law come from the text of the law on LawPhil. Our guides list their sources and show the date we last checked the facts. Each guide carries one of three labels:
- Primary source
- The guide rests on official documents: CSC announcements, advisories, and forms, or the text of the law on LawPhil. These are linked on the page.
- Secondary source
- The guide also relies on a source that is not the official document. We label it so you know to confirm it.
- Editorial
- The page is our own study advice, such as review tips and study plans. It is not an official fact.
Where to check for yourself
CSC can change its rules with each announcement. If we ever differ from csc.gov.ph or your CSC Regional or Field Office, follow CSC.
What we will not do
- Publish an exam date, fee, or deadline that we cannot trace to a CSC document.
- Present our per-subject item counts as official. CSC does not publish a split, so ours are labelled estimates.
- Predict your CSC general rating. CSC does not publish how raw scores convert to its 80.00 passing rating.
- Promise that you will pass, or that studying here makes you eligible.
How practice questions are made
We draft practice questions with AI tools, mapped to the topics in CSC's published scope of examination, and improve them with automated quality checks and review over time. Not every question has finished that review, so treat them as practice, not as official content. They are not actual CSC test questions. CSC discourages sharing test questions and suggested answers, and our mocks are designed to be study aids only.
CSC does not hold review classes or accredit any reviewer or review center, and that includes us.

No. CSEPass is an independent review platform operated by Codatech Web Development Services. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the CSC, and CSC does not accredit any reviewer or review center.
