  • What we store

    Sign in is Google only — we never store a password. An account keeps your email, optional profile fields (display name, target level, study minutes, exam date), attempt history, and purchase rows needed for a prepaid pass.

  • The diagnostic does not need an account

    The free diagnostic uses a signed claim token and a device session. Sign in with Google within 30 days to keep the topic map. Unclaimed attempts are purged after 30 days.

  • Payments stay with PayMongo

    Checkout runs on PayMongo (GCash, Maya, QR Ph, or card). We store plan, amount, status, and provider ids — not full card numbers. We may email a receipt. Refunds: see the refund policy.

  • Who else is involved

    Google for sign-in. PayMongo for checkout. Product analytics events (starts, score percents, purchases) when analytics is on — not your answers, and not a recording of the exam screen. We do not sell personal data.

  • Delete from Settings

    Delete your account from Settings. Attempts, mastery, and Readiness history go with it. Purchase records may be kept in anonymized form where we must retain a financial trail. Deleting does not trigger a refund.
